These are Palloseura Kemi’s season ticket challenge campaign’s (Kausarihaaste 2018, later campaign) reservation terms and conditions. The parties are Palloseura Kemi (later PS Kemi) and the buyer of the season ticket (later customer).
PS Kemi arranges season ticket challenge campaign in 2018. The season tickets sold in the campaign are to PS Kemi’s men’s representative team season 2018 Veikkausliiga home games. The campaign price for a season ticket is 59 €. Fulfillment of the campaign requires 2000 binding season ticket reservations.
When the customer participates PS Kemi’s Kausarihaaste 2018 campaign they commit to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. Fulfillment of the campaign
The aim for the campaign is to get 2000 season ticket reservations. PS Kemi holds the right to confirm and fulfill the campaign also with fewer amount of season ticket reservations.
2. Participating the campaign
The customer participates the campaign on PS Kemi’s website (www.pskemi.fi), via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), at PS Kemi’s office (Valtakatu 19) or at Cafe Laine (Kemi’s uimahalli/swim hall). When participating the customer commits to comply with the campaign’s reservation terms and conditions. There is no limit for the amount of season tickets per customer.
3. Time limit for the campaign
The campaign starts on 9th of January 2018 and ends 3nd of February 2018. PS Kemi holds the right to change the ending date.
4. The confirmation of fulfillment of the campaign
PS Kemi will inform of the campaign’s fulfillment on PS Kemi’s website, social media and to the email that the customer has given.
5. Commitment to the campaign
If the campaign is fulfilled, the customer is committed to buy the reserved campaign priced season ticket(s) for the amount of 59 € per ticket. If the campaign won’t be fulfilled the amount won’t be charged from the customer and also the customer is not committed to buy the season ticket for a normal price.
6. Payment of the season ticket
If the campaign is fulfilled PS Kemi will send an email to the email address the customer has given when joining the campaign. In the email is a payment link. Due date is in 14 days from the sending. If the payment is late, the customer will be charged late payment interest. If the customer hasn’t given an email address when joining, payment information message will be sent to the customer’s phone number. The ticket can also be paid in a physical business location.
7. Accepted payment methods
The season ticket can be paid with cash, common online bank accounts and payment cards. When paid with sport and culture payment methods provided by a Finnish employer the customer needs to contact PS Kemi’s office email@example.com. Sport and culture payment method needs to be at least for the culture side.
8. Delivery of the season tickets
PS Kemi will announce the pick-up location separately.
9. Valitidy of the season ticket
The campaign season ticket is a regional ticket meaning access to the PS Kemi’s Veikkausliiga 2018 home games, evacuee games at Rovaniemi and Oulu included, and also to the main stand, if there are empty seats left in a game. The seat tickets are given in customer arrival order.
10. Other conditions
The holder of the season ticket and arriving person to the games commits to follow Veikkausliiga’s general conditions. The conditions can be read here: www.veikkausliiga.com/veikkausliiga/ehdot.
